Racist staff!!I understand you might expect to get busy around 6:30 pm on a Monday and would tell people not to use the bigger seating area towards the back of the place (with brown sofas) but leaving your work at hand and going behind a customer to tell them in an authoritative loud voice to sit on a table for 2 in middle of two occupied tables despite being politely requested if we can sit at the other table which was for 4 people (not the bigger sofas) but were strictly told NO, but the same rule didn’t apply to two white couples who came after us and despite an empty table for 2 they sat comfortably on a table for 4, looks like that rule is only for non-white or brown people.Certainly had better experiences at Grill’d Melbourne central and Carlton.

Absolutely awful customer service went in to get a take away on a public holiday and they charge a 15% surcharge on takeaways fair enough if i was dining in but i felt ripped off. Secondly wouldn’t let me use the toilet despite buying food from the premises. They said toilets were closed even though they weren’t and the venue was still open. Simply terrible! I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Was very good! I'm on a keto diet currently and I ordered an HFC with an extra patty and no bun and I got this wonderful salad with much more greens than normal.Was very tasty and makes my diet in public doable!

This is pretty much like all other grilled places.I had the vegan chesse burger... Not much flavor and felt very heavy after I ate it.The pics are of everyone else's food as well.Can be a bit pricey $23 for burger fries and small drink.... You decide.
