They have dropped in ratings as far as my wife and I are concerned since changing to united, after dropping script off and told to come back in 30mins, never ready always waiting extra 20 min to 30min excuse always busy. Today 5/4/20 went to pick up scripts ordered and paid on line with a photo of new script 4/4/20 and received script ready email. Scripts ready but could not have because have to update script, 30min later said to them I paid online showed receipt they said had to check up but nobody knew how to do it. Think new Pharmacy. After 20 years

Really bad customer service, tried to find a hair dye and products, walking around the store not one offer for help, eventually found a staff member in the hair dye section and still not one offer if there was anything I was trying to find. She was too busy putting labels on products to offer assistance. A pretty store won't keep clients but customer service will.

Never have to wait very long for scripts. Great staff and customer service. All in all can't fault this place.

Refused to fill all my scripts because I had different types of low dose pain relief for my medical condition and the pharmacist decided I didn’t need them all.When I said my doctor and I have worked out a treatment plan and I need the medication, the pharmacist said “doctors don’t know, they just write the scripts”... I won’t be going back.

I would like to mention that your chemist is not open on a public holiday even though it says it's open today 7th of October. Need to write on your website you are closed on public holidays under opening hours.

Rude staff, allow people to push in line and do nothing about it. No social distancing, line half way though the store.
