Came in Thursday 31/3 and was very happy with the service I received. The young lady serving was so helpful and spent the time helping me find an outfit to an event I had on. The store was very clean and had a great selection of clothing and homewares, I ended up walking out with a new outfit at a bargain price! Definitely will be back :)

Very shocked with the high pricing of all there 2nd hand items. Its the highest priced op shop in western sydney. If your in richmond go to the Vinnies and Anglicare and you will get much better deals and they are way friendlier to deal with. I hope the manager reads this and they think about this review as i read others comments here and clearly it's not just my opinion. My mother also checked this store out and was shocked at the prices. And she has been op shopping for 50+ years. On the positive the store is set up well and neat and tidy.

Very disappointed. Salvos meant to have bargain prices for donated items but most things priced as if you bought from the actual store. Dresses and jeans going for $20. You can buy brand new sale dresses and jeans for $10-$20

Disappointed with pricing. Most jeans were $20-25. This shop has stocked up the most jeans and pants as they are too expensive not many people can afford to buy.Counter service was not very impressive. Staffs had time to chat with each other but when customers were at counter, they seemed to get busy with something else.

Nicest people ever, so friendly and polite, really great prices, no need to ask for discount lol. A new lady I haven't seen before in a red car was so rude when asked to close her door so my wife could get into the car, she didn't realise I was in the car already and gave my wife the dirtiest of looks behind her back, imagine what she's like to people in need. I'm so disappointed in you blondie, you should be ashamed of yourself, look inside yourself and think about how hurtful your actions are, I was hurt for my wife, who didn't even know how awful you were.

What is with the prices? $40.00 for a little crochet blanket is bloody insanity. Considering every item in this shop is donated how are they justifying the prices? How are people with low incomes meant to be able to come in a buy affordable clothing or homewares ESPECIALLY with the cost of living being what it is. Will be investigating this further because it’s unethical and straight disgusting.

Decent variety of items, some almost purchased, but I couldn't justify the price.$20 for a secondhand pasta strainer seems a bit over the top.Books were reasonably priced but not very in order.Wouldn't come back again unless it was at least half the price.
