Infinity Pharmacy Hurstville

Specialist sent script here directly so had to pick it up here. They charged $94 for a prescription that Chemist Warehouse charges $41.50 for.When our specialist's office asked why they charged that much, they said they didn't have my Medicare details, but they never even asked for my card.

Came here the other day with my sister after her new shoes were giving her blisters. Adam was so lovely and helpful, he recommended the best products and was so patient with us. Would definitely come back here again for all my pharmacy needs - thank you so much Adam!

The Pharmacists and staff here are always so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The store is easy to navigate and always very neatly organised and clean also. I love that they keep things upbeat with good music and the little jokes on the noticeboard too. As someone with 20+ years in pharmacy myself, I have pretty high standards for the level of service and range I expect when going to a chemist - these guys always hit the mark. Highly recommend.

So this week I got sick and went to the doctors. Afterwards I walked to the pharmacy and couldn’t stop coughing. While I was in the pharmacy I was having a ‘coughing fit’ and this gentlemen who works at the pharmacy asked me if I was okay. He then came back running with a bottle of water and showed amazing customer service. That kind act has won me over! I would like to thank him, I think his name was Adam; thank you very much! I sure will tell my family and friends to come back here!!!

Wonderful people and staff at this Pharmacy. I cannot state enough how wonderful they are. I went to them today frantically desperate to buy toilet paper for a friend of mine who cannot walk with ease due to joint pain. I had heard they had a stock of toilet paper arrive earlier. I ran to the pharmacy but only to find out that they have sold out. I was so disappointed for my friend as I had been everywhere and had no luck. The manager of the store saw the disappointment in my face and asked me if he can help. I told him of my desperate situation. He quickly asked me to come with him and he gave me his own personal stash that he was going to take home to his family. He smiled and wrapped it up for me and wished me and my friend well. They are wonderful people at this pharmacy who really care for their customers and are genuine in their service. Highly recommend them. I have bought many products from them before and they have always been more than helpful and great value for your money

Just checked some one star reviews saying that they are selling products which have very short expiry date. I would say you guys are lucky!I bought a Palmer’s stretch marks cream today and after I googled the batch number ：F2220AIt shows the manufacture date is 2012!!! OMG!!! cant believe it！！！

Amazing service!! Really helped and went beyond to assist me in finding the product I was looking for even when they didn't have it available in their own stock. Much appreciated. I found the shoes!! Cheers :)

A small pharmacy, usually shop at Chemist Warehouse as prices are less expensive.Decided to shop here out of convenience.Almost walked out without purchasing anything as felt although I was being an inconvenience for the pharmacist to come and answer questions, saw him point his assistant to come down and even then it felt like an uneasy and uncomfortable interaction.Please up your approachability and friendliness towards your customers.Won’t be purchasing from this place again and won’t advise this place for healthcare advise.I would rathe their service as a zero.

Ordered online from this store and they cancelled without explanation. Waste of time!
