I paid $30 for two car wash but got only one wash. Went there today and punched my code it said invalid. The expiry date was still until 6th of May. Customer service told me already used but the last time I came for wash was when I paid for the ticket first time. I asked him to check the date when I used the ticket but there’s no way it can be checked. How convenient!!

I have used tis car wash few times. Past 2 times i went to wash my car i have noticed that the carwash does not shampoo the car and wash my car only by water and dry at the end. when i told the shopkeeper he told me that wash express means only water/no shampoo. This is rediculace.I have washed my car for the same price and same option and Shampoo/Soap was included.The Manager of the this shop needs to look into this issue and fix the problem.

Worst customer service. I even spotted people urinating on their own building and when I told them they could not care less. Won’t be filling up here or getting my car washed here anymore!

Car wash is always broken down and the second wash that I hadn't used yet (only 2 weeks old, not expired) was deleted when machine was serviced and they wouldn't rectify it - in my books that's theft. Plus no more E10 fuel. Never again.

Absolute scum bags . Have purchased multiple car washes . Car wash either not working or closed . Came to redeem my wash due to covid lockdown . Had proof of the receipt . All they had to do is check on there system but refused to give another one . Absolute petty service . Will go to other car wash and many will do the same as the reviews say it all .

Had trouble with my car wash voucher today. Waited 20minutes for my turn for the voucher not to work and the lady refused to help me. Said I had to purchase a whole new voucher and didn’t care there were cars behind me. wasted my time and My money.

I’ve given up on this car wash for good. Last time I came I waited in a queue for over half an hour. Today would’ve been no different if I’d actually gone in, with 4 cars waiting @ 10min each. I just turned around and went home. Waste of time getting there. And the “up sell” top dollar wash adds no noticeable benefits to the base wash anyway, just sprays some extra useless soap on and makes the queue go slower. Plus every time I’ve gone here the wash quality has been substandard, doesn’t matter what wash program I use, the machine misses lots of crevices of the car and I have to finish it at home. Honestly, in the time you’ll sit here waiting in a queue you could do a far better job at home with a bucket of water.
