Food is fine, drive through takes a while but never walk in store. Self serve machines kept failing to work and no staff at the counter to place an order. This kfc should be drive through only or pick up their game especially with maccas across the road

This restaurant used to be quite bad, frequently getting orders wrong. Recently, they have really stepped up their game. Every recent order has been exact and the food has been great. Currently the best KFC I know of.

If you have too many orders... Stop taking them, close off delivery services and focus on what you have.If your staff can't handle the orders either, get new staff. 45 minutes wait on food is a joke.

Had a wonderful lunch at this place. The food served was hot enough for a cold weather. I was served by a nice lady named Grace who was quite polite. We asked for hot rods and she apologised that it got discontinued. Notmuch crowded and very clean. Will visit this place soon and highly recommended.

Just some young people doing their best, in a stressful and fast-paced environment :)Personally I haven't had too many order mistakes (granted, I don't order that much) and the people have generally being nice enough.Honestly my main concern is how sharp that driveway is. I know they repaired the wall since the previous pillar was half eaten into by how many cars have hit that thing, but it seems like their HQ or management should be trying to fix this? Seems like a big safety hazard - everytime I've gone through the drive through I've witnessed at least one person scratching/hitting the wall, or just running over the kerb on the other side to avoid it.

Ordered zinger crunch box with extra wicked wings. Once I got home realised they didn't give me the extra wicked wings even though i was charged for them and there was no potato and gravy. These guys can't even handle a boxed meal. Don't even bother trying to add anything

Chicken is not properly fried, it felt uncooked. Had a long wait in the drive thru one time, so thought to walk in the store instead which turned out to be worse. They have been renovated recently, so it looks nicer in the store but the service is the same. I wonder how the food safety team from ACT have passed these standards.

We were told 7 minutes wait for original recipe. 15 minutes later after being parked in drivethru we still are waiting. That was an unreasonable amount of time to wait hungry in a car after drivethru. Also the service of being given our food was without care whatsoever
