So today I was expecting the worst news! But thanks to Dr Karen Dobson my feathered friend will go on to live a happy life, the compassion and expert advice given to me was second to none and would highly recommend her to anyone. I love that she is so passionate and has a genuine love and care for all birds.

It would help if they answered their phone?? Called five times in last two days, between 9am-4pm and no answer, no ability to leave a message. Just trying to make an appointment for a consultation. Is anyone there employed to answer the phone??

Railway Row Veterinary Clinic
This was our first time ever being here, we had to have our little puppy vaccinated. Dr Dobson was absolutely fantastic with her, even though our little girl is a very friendly squirmy worm. The other Dr there I didn’t get his name he was finishing up with a patient and as the dog was leaving he gave him extras little squishes, as someone who prefers animals to people this is something I love to see. Really positive experience and our little puppy was so happy with all the treats she got.

Called up to make an appointment and they told me all thier availabilities but when they found out I don't live in the Penrith area they said they couldn't see me cause it's thier policy". I live in St marys (10 min away)"
