Prices are quite the premium, which was fair. Was. They now only put plain rice on the burritos as opposed to flavoured rice. Don't get me wrong, the rice is fine, but for $20 a burrito I would hope there'd be more than a teapsoon of each filling and a cup and a half of plain rice. Rice is very cheap. It actually severely waters down the flavour of the burrito. I do not exaggerate, the burritos are now more than 3 quarters plain rice.

I had a worst chicken burrito yesterday in my life. Even I mentioned twice to make it spicy, but they never bothered to serve as per the customer wish. The quality of the stuffing was very poor, I hardly found chicken inside, they just wrapped it with white rice. Also, beans were missing. They make the burritos of their own choice. If you want to have worst food, then visit forest lake burrito bar. I am 100% sure they won't disappoint you.

Ate here for the first time today. The food is delicious and the lunch specials are good value. Burrito was soft, fresh and full of flavour. The staff here are very polite and give great efficient service. 10/10 from me.Update: 24/04/19 - This place is consistent with their food. However the speed of service has lacked a it since I’ve become a regular here - otherwise food is delicious as always. Fries are delish and soft shell burrito was soft with fresh filling. $10 lunch deal is good value for money.

I normally really enjoy this place but today it was probably one of the worst meals I’ve had in while. I ordered a crunch wrap with regular fried which i was told the fries are different today (assuming cause of the chip shortage) i was fine with i was served and normally mexican fries you get a sauce no sauce was served i was aware with chips but no sauce they usually serve? My crunch wrap was also scarce of filling with old lettuce barely any guac tomato and onion very very dry. Tasted like charcoal chicken that was all. Dont like leaving bad reviews but my partners meal was also much like mine hopefully it might improve again by leaving this review.

The staff at the restaurant was rude and seemed to lack any sense of hygiene. She was wearing the same gloves from the kitchen while she’s at the counter for the vending machine and fridge. She didn’t even say hi or welcome when I walked in and suddenly said “so did you want pepsi” - she thought I ordered from internet and didn’t even check if I’m a customer for dining in. She lied and said she would use two different gloves everytime she’s at the counter and kitchen but I didn’t see she was changing and when she served my burrito she was not wearing any. I tried what her made but the rice was totally uncooked so left the restaurant said nothing and went to Guzman instead. Wasted all my afternoon trying there.

Nothing like the advertisement. Had chicken wings from other burrito bar locations with much better quality. Prices have gone up, chicken’s gotten smaller and now trying to cut cost on sauce too…???Quality of food is just pathetic from this place.

Used to be our favourite spot to order from, however, now every time we order through UberEats something is wrong with the order. The burritos are made messily and fall apart, the size is inconsistent and the burritos are 90% rice. It's a shame to see a great eating spot go down-hill, but it has changed owners so many times, it was bound to happen.

Burrito Bar Forest Lake
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and good and the staff is really friendly. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about, and you can tell making the customer happy is their main priority. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
