Absolutely excellent service. We had difficulties completing a booking online. A system fault kept occuring. We went to MRTS to do the booking for us thru their direct booking system. A search of their direct system did not include our airline.Emma, went onto the our airlines retail booking system and completed our booking.Again....excellent service....and further more....no commisions for them....and would not accept any form of payment for their service. EXCELLENT.
