Absolutely bad service,,, you must plan a spare time to get your order to come to the table. Normally It will take less than 30 minutes during un-busy time . Like today.Might be I missed all the process, harvesting washing, peeling,,,, cooking, delivering,,,,, blabla ,,,

Fast friendly service. The Wild Wild West Burger was well made, I would of preffered a runny egg. Not a fan of HFC Bonfire BBQ Bites.

Not sure if the issues are due to being new but the table hadn't been cleaned and we noticed a few that hadn't. Service person was wondering around with our drinks order and then returned them to the counter. We went to get our own but weren't allowed as they were alcohol? Food was great but again, had sat on the counter for a bit so was luke warm at best by the time we got it. Hope aspects improve cause it's a great place.

The staff are really good and helpful. People doing the food could take a few pointers from other Grill'd. There are too many staff continually walking around watching tables.

We got takeaway at 7pm on a Tuesday - waited 30 minutes! Saw dine ins served before us who had ordered 15 minutes after us... good burgers but way too long to wait!

Really impressive customer service from the staff at Kingsway Grill’d. They were happy to take my large order right on closing without any fuss. I couldn’t order online due to an error with the website.Staff are happy and laughing in store and obviously enjoy their work.Great customer service at grill’d Kingsway.Sorry to the team for keeping you back after hours.Thank you

I had ordered dine in on sunday night. it was not busy at all and waited 30 minutes for my order to come which it didn’t which was just a burger and onion rings. I had to go up to staff to ask for my order to which they served off the order before making it. I didn’t get compensated for my time and didn’t get to enjoy my meal with my friends as i was left without a meal whilst my friends were eating, didn’t get compensated for this hassle as well as the table was dirty.I’m very disappointed in this as i’ve been a frequent customer ever since this store has happened and will not be recommending this store to my friends or family ever again.

I have only had take away from here but food is excellent, staff are always friend and customer service is second to none. Has a good atmosphere and the clientele are always pretty chilled.
