The nail salon was a really easy place to find great location. I love my new nails I just did at Bao Nails it's pretty but a little pricey. But definitely going here again next time.

Good quality the staff attended for my eyelashes was awesome very professional a good material for my eyelahaes . I forgot to ask the name but bao beauty is the best so far for me .

This is my place to go for my lashes extension. I cannot say they all are good cause I had really bad experience with other staff there.Amy is the best . She listen to you and she gives effort to give you best result. I recommend so many friends and they loved it.Thank you Amy

Terrible service. They never pick up their phone, I tried calling them 10+ times over 4 days. Booked me for eyelash extensions in the wrong salon and couldn’t complete the service as a result. Waste of time and now I have to raise the refund request with Groupon. Do not reccomend this place.

I have come here for eyelash extensions many times and it was good originally. However, since the last few weeks the service has gone downhill. My eyelash extension was painful and my eyes had reacted badly to it. However, i gave them a second chance still for the infill. So many lashes fall off after just 2-3 days, there is a big gap now, lashes are very uneven, and the direction of lashes are even worse, looking very ugly. I have called them so that they can fix it but they want to charge money for it and call it a 1 week infill. Previously, whenever this happened, I came in so they could fix it for free so I had no complaint. This is just so terrible now and I am seriously dissatisfied.

I had my lashes done here for ages and no reaction and loved it. We moved and couldn’t come anymore so I tried other and had reactions. I might go back. I can’t remember who did my lashes but i miss getting lashes..

I bought a voucher from Groupon for lashes and honestly regret doint it. If the service like customer service was OK but the outcome of the service (lashes) very poor and bad quality. I do not recommend this place

I feel it right to post when someone gives terrible quality of service. My wife said it was her worst manicure ever... uneven nails, different lengths over the fingers and not straight and most expensive. Also the nails were not even same quality.
