Danielle and her team did a great job. The new fit out looks gorgeous, and the team were are all really lovely. I had a cut, wash, and blow dry, and was really pleased with the whole service. Will be returning for my colour next time.

OMG. What a disgusting totally non existing customer service!! I needed to do my nails. As I walked past this shop I saw 2 woman were sitting outside talking . Next to this shop there is a door for the nails. I have never been in this shop. I opened the door I couldn't see anybody and it is a very small place with lots of stock!! As nobady welcomes you I didn't know what was going on. I went back to the hair salon, nobady is in the hair salon. I am standing front of the hair salon looking around and than finally one of the woman sitting on the street talking gets up and comes there. I told her thats nice that people having chats an so on, and told her what I was therefore and I also said this was really unprofessional, so of course she already had a certain body language towards me. When we walked in to the nail place further towards the back there in another section where the nail girl was sitting. However as a new CUSTOMER i didn't know that. When I told this again to the woman that this is unprofessional she said I was rude. I told her she is rude and she told me TO GET OUT as it is her shop. WOW! Yes lady!!! This is the way to own your business.
