The Swim Survival program is like nothing I have ever witnessed. Both my grandkids did this program and they have been independent in the water since they were 18 months and 2 years old. Being able to save themselves was very important and they have come leaps and bounds since doing this program, being well advanced for kids their age

Both my children have been swimming at AquaStars years before the current owners took over, and we love it. The instructors are fantastic and the fact that they don’t use floatation devices in their lessons is going to save their lives. The facilities are updated, and I especially love all the Disney and the best part is there is no chlorine smell. We love all the instructors and have had nothing but a positive experience with all the staff members. Michelle is so knowledgeable in her instructing and nothing has been too hard for Tee and the other girls in the office.

I will start by saying that the swim instructors are great. Unfortunately the customer service/admin is not. I understand it’s family owned and getting staff is difficult but as a business owner myself sometimes having your own business is hard and it’s 24/7! You have to work in it constantly but that’s part of it! You cannot have things fail and false info be given out but close your eyes and use lack of staff as an excuse! Loyalty appears to be worth nothing here and so we vote with our feet.

Staff are very kind and professional. Extremely helpful with any enquiries and accommodation to our changing circumstances.The centre looks beautiful cannot recommend them enough.They really helped my daughter overcome her fear of water.Thanks Aqua Stars! ❤️

We love this swim school. My kids have been going here for years, and I cannot recommend it enough. I refer all my friends there, the teachers are all licenced and well knowledgeable in how to progress your children. And the best thing is they teach survival at EVERY level.

Just left after nearly a year of membershipFound it impossible to book in as the AquaStars booking system seems to only work a week in advance.Had to constantly push to get make up lessons and squeezed repeatedly for extra “fees” for extending a lessons or changing a date. A business that promotes itself as a family business and clearly doesn’t care about the families that try to use their service.Response: The reason why me and my wife have left a review is we are both individuals who’ve had to deal with AquaStars. Are you suggesting I should speak for my wife or vice versa? It’s not the 1950s.Reading back on your response it’s all down to the previous owners or my fault apparently. Again perfectly showing the attitude to customer service. As for my son being sick outside on arrival, would you have preferred if we come in to the pool regardless?Again showing exactly what I was referring too. As for me living happy? I didn’t, frankly I was just embarrassed at the inflexibility shown and the squeezing for a “nominal” $30 fee on lessons I’d already paid for and couldn’t move.

We have been swimming with Aquastars for the last 5 years and are so glad we found this swim school. We have had a few different instructors and they have high level of training and we have never had any issues. We always raise any concerns that we have with their staff members and have always been met with a great response. They have struggled over the last 6 months with finding good instructors but we could see they were trying extremely hard and it has come good and we couldn't be happier

AquaStars is incredible! I have friends who have had their kids who are older than mine in swim elsewhere for 2-3 years and still can’t swim independently. We did swim survival (worth every cent!) and after 6 weeks the boys were both swimming and had the skills to survive in a pool if an accident did happen. They are now thriving in swim and look forward to each week. Can’t recommend AquaStars enough and highly recommend the investment of the Swim Survival to give you the peace of mind that your kids can be safe in the pool.

I can’t give enough stars for this swim school and all their instructors especially Michelle. I’ve seen such growth in my kids since they have started swimming at aqua stars. Nothing is too difficult and their make-up policy is very flexible.
