Kath and Joe at the front desk are Rude, disrespectful and Lazy.

The company is corrupt and they treat their clients and staff poorly.All they want is the funding and the money.They try and make themselves look good on the outside but nobody knows what happens on the inside unless they have been there to experience it.Several complaints are made about various things and don’t get followed up or attended to.The oncall team are rude and disrespectful and there is no support outside of office hours.There is next to no communication between the case workers and family’s/clients /youth workers ect.Caseworkers are so unorganised and do not communicate with their youth workers working with their clients.The caseworkers provide limited support and it’s supposed to be a therapeutic approachnothing is therapeutic about the whole thing.This is speaking from someone who has experienced this.

Dont donate worse organisation out there.

I have a daughter in care and she goes missing for over 24 hours and they didn't even call the police I wouldn't recommend them at all they don't correspond to anything u ask or answer any of your questions they are an absolute disgrace

A lot of great people work here however the clients needs are rarely put first by allambi. And staff are often in unsafe situations.

Allambi Care has a client centered, therapeutic approach to looking after kids in out of home care, as well as children and families in the wider community. The staff's approach to the safety, welfare and wellbeing of the kids is paramount.Allambi Care, as an organisation, is always striving to care for their kids in the safest way possible, and making them feel like they are a part of the wider 'Allambi Family'.Allambi is a great organisation, with great staff and the kids are the best!

I had support worker for my family... I myself was a step mother so all up 7 kids in the house.. Support worker gave me some tips.. So I tried them but when it didn't work it got thrown bk into my face.. She compared her step children to mine.. I know everything about her family including work place. No paper work was ever filled out just alot of empty promises,. Made me feel I wasn't cut out to be a parent so I left my 6 year relationships

Great food! Unfortunately the soft serve machine is always broken and my daughter received a boys toy in her happy meal. Aside from that 5 stars ☺️
