I have been using Angie's Domestic Duties for almost a year now and have recommended them to a number of friends. The clean is always done to a high standard.

BEWARE of these cleaners!!! First clean they used an abrasive scourer which damaged and scratched the entire surface of my freestanding bathtub. Owner refused to replace it, refused to pay to have it re-sealed and worst of all refused any accountability. Very unprofessional on how the issue was dealt with. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.**EDIT** To clarify to Angie's response, I have a brand new home with a brand new bathtub. The tub had been used not more than 2-3 times so was in perfect condition. We had problems having her attend our property to inspect the damages as she was too busy travelling on holidays and apparently getting awards for her fantastic business prowess. Angie was more interested in telling me all about how great she was than actually attending to the problem caused by her cleaner. Angie also told me not to pay for the clean, which was mostly likely to ensure that I had less evidence to take legal action against her for a replacement bathtub. The standard of cleaning was poor, the business owner is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.

I started using Angie’s domestic cleaning on a weekly basis mid last year after having surgery. After not being completely happy with the two ladies who did my first clean. I gave this business a second chance and requested different cleaners. I’m so glad I did as I had a completely different experience with Sue and Anita.Sue and Anita are very professional and have great attention to detail. They made an effort to ask my Pets names and are always happy to do extra task when time permits. Even without being asked.They are the only cleaners I trust in my house and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Have had the pleasure of using Angies and could never be happier with the result. All my requests were completed and the girls had cleaned things I didn't even notice. They are happy friendly and efficient and very thorough. The invoice didn't reflect the excellent quality. I have payed more for much less. Could not rate Angela and her staff any higher for service and customer satisfaction.

* Never provided with an invoice.* NDIS Plan manager never received invoices.* Zero communication between staff for pre arranged access during my absence.* Can not prove who the culprit was, however a number of smaller items are missing from my residence.* Throwing items out without first asking me.* Caught on security video ( with sound ) leaning on my car, dancing around, humming etc for 20 minutes instead of doing her job. ( I have the recordings and yet still denied by Angies )* Left gas on in my home while asking a co worker how to ignite the stove for the kettle. We had to open all the doors and windows ( Again denied by Angies stating that it was on when they arrived. Although I am not sure how no one mentioned it when they walked in or stood in the kitchen next to said stove for half an hour with out saying anything or setting off the gas alarm )* Repeatedly sending a cleaner that I said I did not want back on the property.* Ignored and took no action after I sent a photo of my belongings being misused.* Still sent cleaners even though I said I did not require them.* I was not contacted after telling a cleaner that lady who was there the week prior did nothing at all.* After I gave them my bank card details, they said they would deduct the fees from it which they only did once.* Complained about other clients in front of me.* Once after they had been in and cleaned, as soon as I got home and opened the door, I was met with a really putrid smell.* My brand new glass tea pot was damaged.* After posting review and that I do NOT recommend their services, I was immediately began receiving threatening text messages from Angies ( which I saved ) and nasty posts on Facebook from others ( which I have now temporarily deactivated they were so hurtful)Etc, etc, etc.Both Angies and my NDIS support were given each others contact details. I do not know what happened in regards to their communication, I was only told by my plan manager that she received no invoices from them either to be paid.Dealing with Angies directly was to much for me, I already struggle and they made it worse by brushing me off and ignoring me and my concerns.PS... There is NO customer satisfaction here.

We had the most incredible clean and experience today! We have had such a stressful few months. It was so nice to come home from work to a beautifully clean home. Angie's Team was so friendly, professional, hard working and just blew us away. We have had a few cleaners in the past and nothing compares really. They made our house feel like a home! Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be booking in for regular cleans!

Just had Angie's girls come and surprise my wife with a clean of our house, have to say absolutely amazing service my wife is over the moon!!! Fast efficient and did everything they could to ensure we were happy. Thanks again will use your services again.
