Brilliant customer service always warm friendly and informative and go out of their way to help you. Yesterday I had an issue with a fish tank filter I had purchased and straight away they were ringing around trying to help me out and replaced it within the hour. Thanks so much! And a big thanks to Amy too, awesome manager.

I go to Pet City fairly regularly, and have always had very positive experiences. Staff are clearly knowledgeable and friendly, and I usually see the same people working. Staff always very excited to see my doggo however are respectful and always ask before patting.Easy store layout so you can find what you need, good variety and the membership actually yields good results for you. Love coming here, would recommend to everyone.

Housed in the vicinity of the smelly curry gym zone, this store will provide you all the food for the rat population that frequent the gyms next door. Luckily the gym clientele from next door don't frequent this store as you'd think the rat section had gotten a bit out of hand. Find food for your pet dog, bird, whatever you want to feed.

This store is so organised and tidy lately since I've been in after the Christmas period. Staff are always on the ball and extremely helpful and your greeted at the door with a smile. Staff are very knowledgeable of the pets and products and always go the extra mile. Definitely one of the best Pet City stores I have visited in WA.

4 staff working was not approached entire time in store for assistance. Not offered a box to carry items..0 customer service from this store.Will be heading back to nearest city farmers instead.

Really friendly and helpful staff that aren't hard to find when you need some advice or assistance. This store is well stocked and allows pets. There are also 2 dog wash baths available that are free to use with shampoo available or BYO.

Always looks dirty out the front. They have 10+ reserved carparks that are NEVER full but if you use one they will take photos of you and your car and call police. No good. Very expensive. Worst pig ears I've ever purchased.

Great customer service and a variety of products for all animals and critters. The store itself is set out nicely. Special mention to Sharon who works there, she is a character and made my day with her service skills :) Highly recommend this store.
