After staying a few times, and having great services, I was disgusted with the last night I was there, not only did I fall up the step,I also tested positive to covid and I wasn't happy with the service from some of the staff on shift, with the TV all night going of, and I was told to go and flick the clipsal switch, which kept tripping every 10 minutes. Management told me the next day because it was a 125 year old hotel, not good enough, plus also Management said free breakfast next visit, well that wasn't in writing, and a guy who was working there who I think were all family members said the breakfast I ordered at the time, should be free, well I ended up paying for it and have emailed the hotel to ask for my money back which I have not heard back from, lovely hotel and staff are friendly, but Management were quite rude and not helpful, will never go back there,

We visited to have a late lunch. The food came really quickly and was delicious. Customer service was outstanding too. We really enjoyed our lunch here!

Arrived at 1.40pm to be told, the kitchen had closed. Suppose to close at 2pm. Left there went up the road to the Victoria Hotel, staff were so friendly. Our group of 4 spent over $150 on food and drinks. Your hotel missed out on that money.

Had the wonderful experience at the Collie fields, the accommodation and service were fantastic. Staff were great to deal with and loved the historical feel of the old Hotel, which is probably Heritage listed but just gave of great vibes. Would definitely stay again. Well done, ladies.

Looks dark and like an old pub from the outside but once inside, it's a decent open Cafe with some heritage touches, a bit dated but feels small country town. Service was inexperienced but friendly. Great food and was pleasantly surprised.Close to town centre, visitor centre and a petrol station. Good to stop in while in Collie.

Sorry to say, but I have to. Poor customer service, the advertised continental breakfast was just 2 packets of single serve cereal, one out of date, no bowls or cups in the room, no water, noone around to help you, . The tv wasn't working. Dead plant at the bottom of the stairs shows they don't care. Definitely over priced. Will not stay here ever again and don't recommend unless you desperately need a bed and nothing else.

Stopped for lunch on a Saturday waited ages for the meals. You needed a hammer and chisel to break the batter on the fish it was so overcooked. Couldn’t buy any wine to have with lunch as no RSA on duty, the place seemed to be staffed by teenagers. Never ever again!

Went for lunch on Friday, meal was OK, but strangely they couldn’t serve us alcohol as there “wasn’t an approved manager onsite”. They told another patron who came in the same thing. When we left after our meal half an hour later the same waitress was serving beers to some local blokes. Maybe it’s a locals only thing? Had a few other just ick vibes like the cutlery being handed to us while being held by the part that goes in your mouth not the handle; furniture is falling apart; parmigiana was cold on one side so was obviously reheated not cooked fresh; and watched the barista make a soy latte using the same milk jug that she’d just heated regular milk in. In hindsight we should’ve taken the waitresses suggestion that the Vic has good meals and will serve you a beer.
