We had some damage to our kitchen after a major water leak from fridge. We contacted Robbo and he attended on March 10 and said that he would get back with a quote for our insurance in a couple of days". It has now been 21 days and no quote has been forthcoming - despite two reminder calls from us. We now have to start the process all over again. Very inconvenient!"
