The Original PC Doctor
They promise no charges if there was no solution and the technician spent 30 minutes on the problem without fixing the problem at all. He noted that his “solution” was to wipe the entire hard drive - which didn’t solve the problem of us wanting to save the data. The technician himself seemed unsure and watched YouTube videos during the time. Overall, not happy with the experience and didn’t make us any wiser to the situation.

Called this company to fix a broken screen on our laptop in November,paid up in full and it’s now the end of February and screen still hasn’t been fixed..when we called the receptionist would blame the technician then the technician would say he wasn’t told any of the information that he needed..even turned up one day with the wrong screen..in the end we asked for our money back which we still havnt received and give up on them..would not recommend this company at all

Absolute sham. Do not use this company. I was charged $180 for someone to come over and download Malwarebytes (From the app store) on my Chromebook laptop. I legit did the same thing myself 1 week prior. I can't believe they had the audacity to charge that amount for doing nothing for 15 minutes.

I needed to have help with transferring all the data stored on my computer to a hard drive. The technician Aeryn was great and saved me a lot of time. The communication with booking the appointment was very efficient and I would recommend this company.

Absolute joke , gave all my details over phone had to pay booking fee in advance . On the morning of appointment I got 4 calls at 6am which went to auto answer system then a technician called and said he was going to have a problem making it as he was in Melbourne Victoria , I'm in Perth , the company has Perth office listed on website

Service was great, the tech came out the same day of call, replaced the faulty part and my laptop runs like new. Tech was lovely. Very happy with the service.

Tech came to our house on day requested, ran diagonostics on laptop and determined possible cause, ordered replacement part, will return when part arrives to verify if it resolves problem. Tech was very easy to talk with, very personable, and quite knowledgeable
