Have had the need to drop in a number of times over the past few years to get a wide range of products for my parents. Each time the staff have pointed me in the right direction, without any up sell and I've returned home with fit for purpose products.

Disappointed. Was reassured my Dads new mobility scooter would be delivered this morning before Christmas and he now has to wait until January when shop reopens. No phone call to let me know there was any problems, just nothing!

I have dealt with the awesome Medtech team over the past few months and have found them all to be welcoming, very knowledgeable and informative. Nothing is too much trouble, and their care for the client is second to none. Congratulations Medtech for operating such a well run business. I would highly recommend your services to anyone.

Good knowledge of products. A range of products. Customer service is reputable.

Whilst the person who assisted me on the phone appeared to have a sound knowledge of products that were available, similar to a previous review, the person I spoke to was short with me and sounded irritated at my questions, and was dismissive when I attempted to get a general idea on prices of products. Whilst I appreciate that many products would be highly personalized to the client and therefore difficult to quote an approximate price, Medtech would benefit from a staff member who is prepared to provide as much information as possible over the phone. I contacted several similar businesses on the same day, and they were much more patient and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful with our inquiries. It was a pleasure to be greeted with such friendliness

had problem with merits mobility scooter but Jim persevered with it and now i have my wheels again. I found Jim a scooter tech, to be just one great guy, always pleasant and kept me informed. Heather in admin was also very nice over the phone. I could not recommend this company highly enough to others. very good experience all round with Med tech.

I would like to disagree with Jemma because we found the staff at Medtech to be the most helpful people. The range of equipment and price was great and we were able to get what we needed. My mum found that it was easy for her to get about and was even offered assistance of a wheelchair if it would have helped. We would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Medtech for helping us make the right decisions for mum.
