Honda Australia - Queensland Head Office

We bought a brand new 2021 Odyssey, after an unfortunate accident we had to send it to the panel beater. The accident was 18th of June, we sent the claim to the insurance and everything was fine. They order the parts from Japan, BUT they only sent some of them and they keep putting excuses of why the other parts are not here. My panel beater call every week to check and they always change the date of arrival, so we receive one part after three weeks and now the last one is not here after 3 months of waiting. Guess what, I was calling to HONDA to speak with somebody on charge and they not even have the face to contact the customers, is a real shame and I should had read the feedbacks before getting a HONDA. Now they keep changing the dates and nobody is responsible. I receive an email after two weeks of talking with customer relationship department. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY HONDA EVER IS NOT WORTh IT, READ ALL THE COMMENTS FIRST AND TAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS. THANKS FOR READING MY REVIEW.
