Our firm IRT Advisory used Help Desk to set up an internet service but Microsoft Exchange kept dropping out. We had to use another IT consultant to locate the problem which, after much investigation, turned out to be obsolete firmware on the router supplied by Help Desk. The old firmware had known issues. Once updated by our new IT people, the problem disappeared. We incurred $1,500 in costs to locate and correct the problem but repeated requests to Help Desk to reimburse that cost were ignored. This is a cost that would have been avoided from the outset if Help Desk had done their job properly. While Help Desk originally were friendly enough and seemed to know their trade, we feel severely let down by them now and could not recommend them.

Gave them a call, I asked a question in regards to my monitor not working after a power surge to see if they could diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the response to that was “first of all let’s start with who you are and where you are from and what company are you with” I said it was for personal use … response “I suggest checking your cables and power you’d be lucky to get it passed the front desk” cheers Brett you knob head

Worst place I have ever worked at. Toxic work culture where people don't take 10 min breaks, micro-managing, worst management i've seen at a workplace. Expected to do longer hours without pay. Do not properly compensate for using personal car. If you are offered a job here keep this review in mind and you will look back and wish you didn't take the job.
