Selling VESA adapter with only 4 screws that is unable to use.Interestingly, my mate order the same item from this store on the same date. Different packing, 12 screws, and even with a manual.Super slow response, 6 days since the initial communication, they told me supplier says the idea is to use those 4 screws to fit this adaptor plate to the VESA mount on their original bracket's VESA" I am sure you can magically connect the monitor arm with VESA adapter by AIR.Tried to ignore my question and tried to charge me for change of mind? Shocking company, purchased through Woolworths didn't hear anything for almost 2 weeks, only because I chased it up, they lied about not hearing from Woolworths in regards to the item I should have received. They decided to cancel rather than send the item I was still waiting on. Will NEVER purchase again if it comes from this seller". Will be letting everyone know also. SHOCKING."

Tracking info stated that the Item damaged in transit and in the process of returning to the seller before I even receive them. I have requested refund. I heard no response from this company. I ask if I can speak to a manager and I was given no contact details. Can you please refund my money. ThanksThanks for reply. Item got damaged in transit which you should have insurance to cover or courier company has insurance to cover and a buyer should holds no responsibility. The right thing to do is to refund my money and sort it out with the courier company. your case with courier company has nothing to do with me and why not refund my money ?

Bought size 12 shoes. They send wrong size. A week after I inform them they say they cannot replace and I should return shoes. Terrible service and I will avoid them in the future.

My experiences with buying products from KG Electronics have been invariably positive. Everything I have purchased from this business (air purifier and subsequent purchases of replacement filters) have been well priced, have arrived quickly and have been of good quality. I will certainly continue to shop here.

I would not recommend making any major purchases with this business as they have no concept for ACCC Laws. I purchased an item for over $1500 and it has broken twice already, and despite being 6 months old and under warranty they after refusing to refund the money and ignore any emails. Safer to purchase from a trusted supplier.Since replying to this google review, they have still not responded to me directly and have no working phone number, very dodgy.

Do not buy from this company. Item arrived damaged and I contacted the company which they were very rude and unprofessional. Advised me to cut up the item and send them photos in order to get my money back. I have reported them to Catch & Fair Trading. Do not buy from these people, I wish I had read the reviews of them prior to, as I would have never purchased anything.Save your money and shop elsewhere.Edit to add: do not buy from this company! They will dance around the problem and lie. Shocking that they’re still in business after reading up on their reviews!
