They didn't even knock at the door or ring the door bell. now i have to wait three more days until i get my package and that is if they bother to go to the front door to see the authority to leave note taped to the door.

I work a month on/off roster and I had a parcel scheduled for delivery on the day I travel out, meaning I missed it. I needed it for work so requested they could deliver it a day early. They managed to bring it forward so I could get it in time. Much appreciated FEDEX!

I dropped a couple of parcels off today 02/03/2020 at approx 4pm, just wanted to say the guy behind the counter was so helpful and friendly, great customer service. Will use FedEx again.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!!! I missed the delivery for a package for my sons birthday (the next day) and the staff on the phone were amazing, arranging for the driver to return that afternoon. So grateful for tge considerate, helpful and friendly service.

Just tossed my parcel onto the drive and broke it. Fortunately the sender sent another via another courier. This is not the first time I've had problems with them. Totally unprofessional and rude.DONT USE THEM

They should not use grass areas as turning bays...otherwise a good reliable service..

Poor Customer service. They charge allot for import tax agent service and the method to pay is not streamlined like DHL. I dont believe any immediate cost saving that is perceived in there pricing is worth considering due to the above mentioned issues.
