Tree Problem No Problem

I was booked for Thursday - they never showed up.They didn't let me know until I had a message answered at the end of the day. A long day wasted waiting for them.Lack of communication was unprofessional.They didn't move their Friday or Monday appointments to accommodate me, But they did arrive on Tuesday.They chopped the shrubs down okay. But the clean-up was a bit light.After they left I had to pull several whole branches from the pool, as well as many leaves. There were plenty of other detritus around for me to clean up as well.Sounds worse than it was - they did chop the shrubs down.

THE COMPANY THAT TURNS UP. They redeemed the face of the tree felling business. Previously I had worked my way through numerous companies..some didn't eventuate... others ducked for cover regarding our tree near/over power lines (including a company referred by energex trimmers??). TreeProbNoProb completed a disciplined example of safe working...Right equipment...Right attitude...Right training.Left the property sparkling clean, after grinding the stump back to China.A reasonable quote...more-so considering the caution that was needed for the job!

Andrew & his team of workers would have to be one of the hardest working & well co-ordinated, efficient & tidy group of operators that I have seen. He has the right equipment for every type of job. Trees are felled quickly, safely & with care & consideration to property or gardens surrounding them. The site is left looking clean & tidy & the best part of all is the $$$ saved. The pricing is fantastic with huge savings compared to other quotations. Andrew is obviously a highly skilled operator & has his staff watching & following him with safety on site a priority. Very professional operation with many happy clients. Would recommend them to everyone needing their yard tidied in a fast & professional manner.
