Terrible customer service, you try to make an appointment sorry we don't do appointments" ok fair enough.You sit down to wait your turn only to have at least 2 other customers get cuts before you and the staff look at you like you're being impatient.Sorry but if you cant keep up with who's next in line

Awesome haircut, quick service and a great price. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.Went again today that makes 6 times I have been there in the last 5 months had my hair cut by 4 different girls and top job done every time could not recommend them any higher. Thanks Kazza’s don’t know what I’m going to do for a haircut now I’m leaving Townsville.

Waited in line for 20+ mins only to be told I can’t hold my 1 year old for his first haircut and if he can’t calm down and sit by himself they can’t cut his hair. 1 year old obviously terrified and therefore we had to leave. A sign advising this in advance would be beneficial.(Not to mention have several friends who get there kids hair cut here with their children on their lap - not sure why it suddenly changed today).

Been here quite a few times.Staff are nice and friendly, happy to have a chat while you get your cut.Generally a good cut.However the neck shaves often end in me walking away with a bleeding cut. Don't have an issue with the accidental cut, accidents happen no biggie, but just tell me, don't ignore it please.Always busy so be early or expect to wait up to 1hr for a cut.Competitively priced.Busy on weekends, but still do a good job.

Was not impressed at all. Lady sits me down shaves a number 2 as I asked then when we got to the top to cut with a scissors she literally cut 3 times and started blowing away the hair to end the hair cut. I looked at my hair and asked her to please fix my hair as it looked like I walked out of a hair appointment half way through.. got home had a shower and when I looked at my hair half my head was longer than the other side by 3cm.. looked like a 3 year olds ragdoll.. will never go back.. these people just want you in and out so they can profit as much as possible at the expense of a quality hair cut.

Hairdresser was rude when I arrived 15min before closing time. Reluctantly cut my hair, quick once over with the clippers and a quick trim. Very poor effort all over in 5min, charged me $30! Never again.
