I visited this store in search of a grass trimmer head for my machine for which I could not find an original spare head. I was quite taken up by the customer care they offered. Lindsay was there and he took every bit of care to select what would have matched my machine. He even gave me some professional advise on how to select a proper thread and about the speed of the machine to maintain while operating which I never knew. I recently bought a Husqvarna Brush Cutter from Sean and the guys at HOP&P. I was very happy with the customer service, the extra components Sean included in the sale, and the blade which he recommended for the task ahead. I chose the smallest machine, mainly due to its’ low weight, and I expected it to be a bit slow, but it goes like a champion. The blade Sean sold me is perfect for the job and made cutting through long tough grass and woody weeds/vines much easier than I expected. It starts easily hot or cold, the lower vibration is a nice feature and quite noticeable when going between my old equipment and the Husky. I am a very happy customer. Thank you!

I went looking for a small ride on mower after another company let me down with supply of one they went from 5 to 8 day's to up to 3 month went to highlands out door on a Wednesday morning had what needed it was still in the box rang me the same afternoon to tell me it was ready fantastic great staff not pushy if you need anything outdoor equipment go to them you can't go wrong25th of the first once again thankyou to the staff had a minor issue with my ride on today and took it in they looked at it straight away and solved the problem honestly people if you want professional service these guys and girls are the ones to see my only worry is that a 5 star rating isn't high enough

Was in the market for a ride-on mower and dropped into Highland Outdoor.
