Nathan did a great job and provided us with excellent information and advice to enable us to get exactly what we needed. He was on time and did an excellent, professional job of the installation and set to work. He provided excellent value for money. I'd recommend NBL Electrics to anyone.

Nathan attended the property on the same day we had a minor electrical fire and the Fire Brigade highly recommended an inspection of our electrical switches etc. He went out of his way to attend our property and look things over, made safe and provide details and quote on rectification works. Was able to attend the next day to complete the required works. Professional, cleaned up afterwards and was able to explain everything to us in simple terms. Will definitely use again

Absolutely shocking customer service from both the owner Nathan and his wife Bec. When ringing to try and book an urgent booking with them I was told I should not have called because they would call from their end even though I explained that I had received an email that gave me that number to book in. After basically fighting with Nathan over calling the wrong number he says he doesn’t have time for the job anyway. I then receive a call from Bec who tells me they can come out however at this stage I feel quite uncomfortable with the thought of Nathan coming to my house I mention that I didn’t have the best experience with him and she proceeded to tell me that he said that I was rude and if I want them to come I would ‘Have to just calm down.’ Fortunately the real estate called me and I told them my experience in tears so they helped me cancel the appointment and find a better electrician.

Fantastic service. From the phone call to finishing up. Would recommend to all. Very clearly explains the issue and super friendly! This was booked for us by our landlord but have taken the details should we ever need an electrician in future. We would recommend to our family and friends.

Nathan has been our electrician of choice since we moved to Werribee. He has always been polite, honest and professional in every interaction. You will probably find a cheaper sparky but do you want to risk burning down your home?! I don't and will keep coming back to Nathan for all our electrical works. He treats your home like it is his and takes pride in his work.
