The ladies here are amazing but whoever makes the roster does a poor job. I come again and again because of the lovely girls but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to wait over an hour for my turn because I come for waxing which is not considered a priority. Customers who come after me are served first because they only come for threading. I asked them what’s the best time to come and was asked to come first thing in the morning. I did and again I had to wait for about 2 hours for my waxing and then she starting rushing because she had customers sitting. I saw leftover wax everywhere which I had to scrape off myself. I will be going elsewhere now and will never return.

The staff is friendly. But the place is very busy so there is a bit of wait time. They fixed my eyebrows well. My eyebrows had two different shapes. So I'm happy for getting them fixed. If you give them the right instructions, they'll do a good job. For a just tidy up it's $10 and for shaping it's $15.

I went in for a lash lift and tint and it was the worst experience. My eyelashes were fried and the lift was so tightly curled that my eyelashes looked like pubic hairs. Also the eyelashes were going off on all different directions. Not happy.What a waste of money and time. Will never go back.

Never going here again. It’s my birthday this weekend and I now have one paper thin brow and one totally different shaped brow. I went into this appointment with untouched, thick brows. I like my brows full and fluffy and asked for just a touch up and to leave them thick and I’ve left with the complete opposite. My brows are unable to be fixed by anyone else as she botched them that badly due to making one way to thin. I’ve never been so appalled in my life. Do yourself a favour and do NOT go here.

I use this business every month and they keep me coming back ! Their professional service and kind and can do attitude keep me coming back. Their results on eyebrows and eyelashes are the best I’ve ever seen.

Went in for a lash lift and tint, was there for 45 minutes and spent $81 for my eye lashes to look exactly the same as before. Was super disappointed

Love going here. Staff are always welcoming & friendly.Prices are really good & not too longer wait times if you go at busy times. ( I'm fortunate I go during the day when can go straight in)

Regularly visit the Rundle mall branch and this was my first visit to the West lakes branch. Was the only customer in the salon initially but someone else walked in when the beautician just began work on my eyebrows. That made her rush and she did mine in less than a minute. I had to ask her twice to trim it more and work on it but she kept asking me to check and approve over and over without doing much. It was upsetting and I didn’t walk out happy. My threading felt incomplete and messy.Visited on a Monday afternoon at about 2 pm.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Due to a medical condition I have put on a lot of weight. Its been a while since I have been. In the last week I lost a kg and felt really good and wanted a treat. I hadn't been for a while and walked in. I was barely acknowledged and told to sit. As I was about to sit she said you weight

I've just had some major surgery in November and I was feeling unattractive and I wanted to do something nice for myself and for Christmas. I haven't had eyelash extensions for a while so I thought I'd get these. I have clumps of glue in my eyelashes and the very next day I had some lashes fall out. I went back to tell them and was advised it's ok because they put extras in just incase this happened. Day by day, I've had 1-2 clumps of lashes fall out daily. Last time I had eyelash extensions, this never happened so I know it's not normal. The lady who did my lashes (don't know her name) was very nice, I didn't have a problem with the customer service, just the product. Very disappointing.
