I just hung my painting on the wall immediately after picking it up. I LOVE IT!!! The staff are amazing at Deck the Walls - they are experienced and really lovely. They helped me to problem solve so that I got exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent. The quality of the work is stunning; perfectly presented without looking mass produced - I will never buy readymade frames again. I am so happy with their service and I am now looking for more to frame.

I went to this business ion the 8th of May 2020 as it seemed like a business situated away from the mainstream of shops and may have needed trade during covid times. I asked for 4 old family photos to be reframed. I was quoted the time frame for completion as early June and paid a $150 deposit. By late June I hadn't heard from the business and thought that Covid would be holding up the process, so didn't worry. I decided to call to see if there was a new timeframe in mind for completion. I was told that the particular frames I was after should have arrived and would be in a shipping container and this would be unpacked and my photos should be completed by the following week. I phoned again in late July and was informed that it shouldn't be much longer now for completion. August, September went by and I was busy with other family matters and hadn't contacted them. I also hadn't been contacted by the business so I was concerned that they may have succumbed to covid lockdown downturn so I dropped in to the business to see if my old family photos were ok. To my surprise the business was still operating and I was told that my photos weren't done as the material for the frames had not arrived. It was now the 6th of October, during the period from June to this date not one person had contacted me to discuss alternative frames or offering any sort of assistance. I asked for my photos back and a refund of $150 deposit which I received, with not one word of apology. I went to a photographer in Nambour who actually enhanced one of the old photos, gave me a time of completion and delivered in under three weeks.You be the judge of what kind of service you would prefer.I tried to give no stars however the system would not allow it.

I'm always impressed with their quality, range, and the speed that they can deliver in the volume they do.I've been using Deck the Walls for a couple years now, and highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with the great service I received. The staff went out of their way to help me frame a print and the final result looked better than I expected. I will definitely be returning.
