During C19 I was allocated Sarina Russo at Nambour. I was quite worried as my previous experiences with Job Search Agencies has not always been positive. Caroline was just amazing and supportive the whole way through. Her colleague Rebecca was equally wonderful and secured me an interview with a lovely organisation. I subsequently was offered the position. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, care, assistance and encouragement. They have even offered me post position support if I need it and intend to check in to see how it is going. They feel like friends. So happy. Keep up the amazing work ladies. If all job agencies were this caring our recovery post C19 will be a lot less stressful.

Thank you so much to Sarina Russo Nambour!I unexpectedly found myself in need of a job and after applying for Newstart I was sent off to Sarina Russo.When I arrived Carolyn explained all that was required of me and over the hours and days I spent applying for work I had numerous questions which Carolyn answered clearly in between her busy schedule.On one of the days I had been there for quite a few hours, a lovely young office woman offered me a beverage which I gladly accepted.While on the computer Carolyn offered me encouragement and when a young man came in to share he had found a job she was just as happy as he was.It is very apparent that Carolyn genuinely experiences joy from her work.Nothing is too much and her wonderful attitude is infectious.After three days I had an interview and accepted a position I am very happy with andCarolyn shared in my happiness.Everyone in the office made all those who came in feel welcome and valued.Thank you again Sarina Russo Nambour for providing a safe and happy space for those who are in the vulnerable position of looking for work.

The ladies at Sarina Russo were absolutely lovely. I have an autistic son and they were so flexible with my appointments with them so I could still make all my sons appointments. The ladies at the maroochydore office are absolute gems.

Jodie Mohammed is an amazing consultant and has helped me above and beyond the call of duty. She has supported me, assisted me and also been flexible through some of my medical conditions. Jodie is knowledgeable about the market and sincere in her understanding of the struggles that most of us active jobseekers face on a daily basis and offers many things that can make the job process less daunting. As a woman over 50 I struggled to find work on the coast (populations is either young or old) and us in between are often overlooked. It's a challenging time for anyone in their 50's to find work but Jodie kept sending through opportunities that I may have overlooked and also forwarded my resume through to the team that reverse markets to their active employers. With out further ado, I cannot recommend Jodie highly enough and her work at Sarina Russo. Thank you Jodie!!
