Frauleins Flowers was an oasis in the desert both figuratively and literally, as the availability of such a diverse range of gift and floral ideas are few and far between in the hills I’ve found. Once you walk in you’ll get my reference, not to mention the lovely owner Mary was a pleasure to deal with. Guys, if you have absolutely no idea what to get the significant other, can I suggest Mary and her diverse range of great gift ideas should be your number one go to! Her arrangements and flowers are obviously direct from the grower as mine lasted ages. Oh and her little tip, change your water frequently. It works!! I wish Mary and the team a great 2023. Mark.

Shout out to Fraulein's Flowers!We live in Belgrave and wanted to keep as much as possible with local businesses, so when I walked into Fraulein’s Flowers with a picture and my head, Mary was amazing. She took the time to talk to me and understand exactly what I wanted. The bouquet she made for myself and the bridesmaid and the buttonholes for the boys were unbelievably beautiful and exactly what I wanted and so much more than I expected.Nothing was too much for Mary, we changed delivery times and places a few times and nothing was too hard for her. I highly recommend anyone looking for wedding flowers, or just flowers in general to pop into her shop. You can clearly see Mary is a very talented and passionate in what she does and super easy to chat to you! Thanks again Mary, we will forever be buying flowers from you!

I don’t like to leave 1 star reviews but I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in the attitude shown by this business. Belgrave is supposed to be a happy and friendly family type community. It’s disgusting to watch one business tear down other local businesses that are seen as “competition” to you, by asking people to leave terrible 1 star reviews. Doing so to try and improve your own review scores in comparison. This is not the way Belgrave operates, good luck surviving as more people see how you treat the other local businesses. I wish you the best but I don’t agree with this behaviour.

I just called these people, they have a metal fan outside their shop spinning in the breeze, I watched 2 people nearly get hit in the head, another had to dodge it at the last minute. I called to tell the shop what I saw, hoping to prevent an accident. They didn't seem to care. They said Thanks

Went into buy some flowers for a friend, the cheapest available were $28. After buying I realised they were mostly dead or damaged so went in and asked if they had any others. The shopkeeper was very defensive and then started slamming doors and speaking aggressively. I felt really intimidated and it was an awful experience.

I wanted to buy my girlfriend flowers and thought no better place than a beautiful local shop. I went in with no knowledge of flowers and simply asked for bouquet worth $50, she went above and beyond with her service with her amazing talent and handed me the most beautiful bouquet. Safe to say my girlfriend adored them. Thank you so much for your amazing service and help with picking the flowers.

I ordered a large native bouquet for christmas 2 weeks in advance and was very specific with what I wanted. I picked it up christmas eve and the bouquet was not what i asked for, the size of the bouquet was worth $50 when i payed $90. Some of the flowers were damaged when I picked them up, the roses were soft, it looked like I received old flowers she wanted to get rid of. I was ripped off and the flowers died within a few days and started to mold. I will not be back, I do not recommend.

Received flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. Really good quality! Love the way they were presented and the chick in the shop was extremely nice.Would recommend.
