Chemist Warehouse Mowbray

Giving 5 stars for front end staff, lovely service & 5 stars goes to the best incredibly rude, incompetent, abhorrent Pharmaceutical staff ever.How dare they (mainly two Asian appearance women) treat me with such disgusting disrespect. My doctor who’s actually trained gives me scripts for migraine & anxiety plus I needed some quarter zone cream. You ‘woman’ have the nerve to interview & Interrogate me. I bet it’s because I live in Mowbray so there for I must be scum right! Most people in Mowbray are tax payers and you woman treat us/me like a criminal. Shame on you both. Formal complaint is being made.

The Asian chinese lady pharmacist morning shift behind the prescription desk is so rude as well as the old lady behind the prescription desk.Somebody need to give them customer service training and how to speak to the customer.Looks like they had enough..if you don't want to work pls leave someone polite will take over. Or learn how to do customer service. And also the manager may be another lady doesn't know how to handle the situation..pls will you also take managerial classes or training, better for you0 out of 10 for mowbray chemist warehouse. Avoid this place

Waiting half an hour for getting help to find a product, however, couldn’t get it. No recommended.

I'm giving 2 stars rating for over all experience on this store so far as I'm being regular customer. I was in the store today as just to makesure they have given right medication for my daughter( I checked in the label and it was for 12 years plus, my daughter was younger than that ) when I approached to the pharmacy counter( backend) one of the staff ( not pharamaycist ) Australian appearance was so rude and told me if the medication is wrong what can I Do ? . Thank lord the pharamaycist M... handled it very efficiently.Rude behaviour should not be tolerated either side.

My favourite chemist. Friendly staff, great store layout. And everything you need for personal use with a large collection of sunglasses and makeup. I simply love the nail polish selection and the discount perfumes. Head in and grab yourself a treat!

The store manager was really lovely and helpful. She helped to find the product and called back to let me know it was there.

Excellent staff, quick service. Pharmacy staff especially take the time to explain things and ask questions. Always appreciated as a person with anxiety. Could have some of the specific items I need more often but supply issues aren't the stores fault.
