Location location location.The room though is average at best. Bed is old and hard, bathroom had surface mould. Also not overly warm because not enough heavy blankets for winter.

The room is great and the location is more than perfect. But the staff are rude and the service is inadequate. Also there are services on their website (loke airport shuttle service) that do not actually exist! They advertise full service but don't clean the rooms Sundays and public holidays! And when they do clean they don't vaccum and they don't replace essential items like soap or salt or dishwasher tablets or even hand towels. Do NOT recommend!!

A pleasant surprise! It was in a quiet street, but still very convenient and walking distance to Acland St, Fitzroy St and The Esplanade. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable and more than acceptable for the price. Carpark was secure, although it is first in best dressed, and shared with residents, so undercover availability is limited and can be a bit of a walk across carpark to the 1 rather slow lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay , good value and would stay there again.

Excellent 7 day stay ! I'll start by saying it's not super modern so if you're looking for that, this is not it. However for the price it's so spacious and everything is very comfortable and to have a kitchen , washing machine and dryer and small balcony it's a big yes from me. We had an executive 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the church. It is very spacious and quiet. When you close the blinds to sleep it's so dark so we had an incredible sleep every night. The reception staff are so friendly. The service and location made it wonderful for us. I'll definitely stay again.

What a dump! There's no way you'd rate this place four stars. Our bathroom had the smallest shower cubicle I've ever seen. Cheap nasty toilet paper.Tired worn out decor. Threadbare bath towels. I'll never ever stay in a Quest hotel again and I'll be telling all my friends not to either.

Very friendly service. Location is good if planning to stay around St Kilda, but a bit far from downtown. The room is good, with a room with a king bed and a second room with two twins. Kitchnette is OK. We like to have washing machine and dryer in the room. Bathroom was functional but outdated. The value for the price is very good.

Excellent location, in a quiet street but close to shops restaurants bars trams park and prom. Lovely staff, clean room/apartment style, well equipt including washing machine and dryer with small balcony giving a little outside space with table and chairs. Outside area with pool, tables, seating some shade. Gym. Would be great for a long stays. Car parking and lift.

Another exceptional stay at the Quest. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. Apartment has everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.
