We rented the Aliner from U-Tow as part of our van purchase research process. The aliner was in great condition and it had everything we needed for a few nights camping. It was very easy to tow, set-up and pack down. It fitted well in our garage so we now know it is a great option for us. Tash was terrific and provided us with a lot of great information and tips on caravaning. Excellent experience in every way.

Hired the 2020 Avan Aspire 499 for a 4 day Alpine Valley adventure. From booking the van to pick up, using and returning, the Utow experience is highly recommended for aspiring caravan enthusiasts. The Aspire is compact and equipped superbly, tows exceptionally and offers all the essentials needed for one's caravan independence. We absolutely loved the caravan we hired. It was perfect for our family of 5 with bunks for the kids toilet and shower, heaps of storage space. included was things plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and much more. Definitely looking forward to hiring it again at the end of the year.

We rented a caravan for a recent trip, having Utow deliver and set the van up on site for us. Everything went smoothly, the van - near-new and spotlessly clean - was ready for us to walk in and relax. The delivery and pickup was completed without a hitch and we had no problems getting additional instructions on operating the van, even after hours. We will most definitely be using their services again. Thanks very much.

We hired the Avan Aliner 1D to do the Silo art trail, it was easy to tow with the commodore Ute, easy to set up and pack away as we traveled along the trail. Great customer service, quick to get back to us with any questions and the van was clean, in great condition and set up with everything needed for cooking and met all our requirements. We would recommend Utow to family and friends and would hire from them again, Julie and Owen.
