Michelle handled the sale of our old home and we had a number of hiccups with our bank along the way, which Michelle helped us resolve for settlement to go ahead. Michelle's communication was absolutely exceptional and she went out of her way to communicate with our bank, mortgage broker and other parties involved in the transaction. Michelle truly did go above and beyond for us which is something you don't get very often these days. A professional and courteous service. Their policy of going through multiple Section 32's for different properties in great depth, all for the one fee is amazing. All the possible hazards and oversights are conveyed in a friendly and pragmatic way. Settlement is smoothly conducted and you are informed every step of the way.
