Absolutely appalling service. Went to exchange a lab coat for another one with a different material but the lady made me fold the old coat back into the plastic wrapping. I said I didn't know how to but she just told me to find a way". As if you expect all your customers to somehow perfectly memorise how to refold any of your clothes once they get taken out."
