I started training with Jordan back in 2020. I have watched her grow her amazing business from training at the oval, to shed to gym. With that my training has also grown starting at 1day a week I now attend a minimum of 3. Familia fitness offers a wide variety of classes from Hit cardio, to weights, to boxing. It is a very welcoming group of people who support, encourage and build up each other. No one is judgemental. I highly recommend familia fitness and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I started only recently, started with yoga and now doing the Brazilian Ju-jitsu (BJJ) and wow the service is the best. They make you feel very welcome and the people in the classes are really nice and give you the time of day. I highly recommend!!!

I can’t rate this gym highly enough. I came to Jordan at the beginning of last year as I was facing surgery and wanted to get as strong as possible to help me in my recovery. What I didn’t expect was the level of results in the targeted and controlled training that Jordan’s personal training offered.I have gained strength in body and mind and I can’t thank her enough.

Its now a year since I started training with Jordan and Taylor and it has made a huge difference to my life and well-being. Strength and fitness vastly improved, aches and pains gone, and all my clothes fit! Not only that, the sessions are a lot of fun and Mary Anne and I now know half that town, and we can't go anywhere without running in to someone we have met through Jordan and Taylor. You have made a big difference to us, but also to Bungendore. Thanks! Five stars!

I like the small community; the focus Jordan gives to her clients. Always good to have an engaged trainer that will watch their clients technique, stamina and strength and make adjustments when required. I felt comfortable from the beginning and Jordan’s generous trial was great to make sure it was right for me. I’m really looking forward to my future and hope Familia Fitness can stick around!!

Familia Fitness offers services for everyone. They have a dedicated team of passionate trainers who cater for the individual’s needs. It opens long hours to cater for its patrons and openly accepts feedback from members. An excellent experience all round.

Jordan is extremely welcoming and amazing. Jordan does not judge you on your abilities she only want to see you succeed. Jordan has helped me learn technique and really improve my fitness levels. It really is like a little family, as everyone supports one another and no one is judgemental.

Highly, highly recommend! I've tried a few different places and didn't feel like I was getting anywhere. Jordan and Taylor push you to be your best and I've had amazing results. The big thing for me is they correct your technique to make sure you're doing your exercises properly and effectively. If you're not training with these guys, your missing out!
