Please don’t waste your money!!Worst pedicure. Hardly 10 mins long and water was so cold and completely half done pedicure. My feet looked the same before / after.Also, they are in such a Hurry!! Very rude too and don’t care about anythingPlease TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.They were forcing me into a manicure too, I said no.I also saw many others getting their nails done, didn’t look too good so I avoided that as well!!This is the second time I’m trying this business, hasn’t improved even a little bit!!!

Really rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to please cut my nails a little shorter. Previously said they could fit me in for an impromptu facial but clearly didn’t have the time so they cut it short but still charged me full price. I’ve been a few times and I won’t go back after this visit.

The nails they do are okayish, nothing great. They don’t have subtle colours. The worst part was the lady at the counter, when I transferred her the money she snatched my phone to look at the account I transferred it to, as if I was going to lie and leave. Very bad experience.

2nd time here (first time was good). Went for a pedi and acrylic refill today. It was busy and clearly they sacrificed quality for speed. They were so busy they didn’t put cream on my feet, made me walk barefoot to make room for someone else and were passing around tools from one nail tech to another without cleaning. Cleanliness was highly concerning and my nail tech was extremely rude despite my attempts to be friendly. They also sneakily increased the price since I was there last (3 weeks ago).Would only recommend if it’s a slow day.

i came in for a simple sns removal, waited 30 mins for the procedure to even start, whilst they served people who walked in after me. was then left with acetone soaking my nails for another 30 mins being ignored by workers just standing around chatting - only once i started to take the foil off my nails myself because it started to burn did they come and help to continue their job. overall it took over an hour to complete a service that could’ve easily been done in 20 minutes… not to mention the damage they did to my cuticles along the way.

Decided to try out this place or the first time instead of my usual nail salon. The worst SNS job I've ever received. My cuticles were basically shaved off and several of them left bleeding. They are in serious pain still. Attached are photos from a day and two days afterwards.

After requesting a shellac pedicure I left looking like I needed a pedicure. Such a shoddy job! I’ll never go again
