Booked online went back after two hours was not done was busy doing other cars, was told to come back next day, went back next day after one and half hours it was not finished, but was doing another car, a lot of other cars got done, what is the point of booking on line, it seems they choose who they prioritize

Other Starwash i use good but here at Ropes Crossing its been twice now the vehicle been lazy cleaned like mag wheels are dirty and i paid extra money for good clean and the guy excuse was because too much cleaning to do but why charge extra i ask him as the money not too much, and if too much then i would have just paid for basic clean. But otherwise rest car was good job, but never going there again!

I've used this business before, I booked car in in person yesterday they said 9am Sunday I go there today to be told booked out can't do , this is pathetic and not the way to run a business I have several cars that go there but now you lost our business

I have a love/hate relationship with this place... Sometimes I get s**t service with a s**t (car) wash, sometimes I get great customer service wid a great wash but like a love sick teenager, I continue to use/go back to this place...

Not great to be honest. I had to get them to come back over and wipe down the seats which had not been done and also clean the mirrors inside the sun visors.Little more attention to detail would be better next time.

Got the $30 wash and vacuum. Awesome value for price! Car looks so clean. He even removed the melted Easter egg for my middle console free of charge. Will be booking again!

A very frustrating experience, the guy didn't want to clean my work car because it was too dirty (it was given to me like that which is why I wanted to clean it), he didn't want to do it for the price advertised and didn't want to add the discount for NRMA members either. Only wanted to do the outside because it was easier for him. Can't stand lazy people! Went to Plumpton Star Car Wash and no complaints they just got stuck into it and did an amazing job. I was happy to give my money to workers that actually want to work.

I paid for a premium car wash today for interior and exterior cleaning like always, which was suppose to be $40 for a sedan according to online but charged me $55 for only just having limited dog hair inside the car and the customer service was very poor and rude. When it was finished I looked around and my boot wasn't cleaned properly. I've never had this problem before, I used get charged only $30 for interior and exterior with same limited dog and the customer service was perfect and professional but this time due to management change i was overcharged and treated badly and im never going back to that place.
