I had contacted Allstate Building Designs after seeing a friends project underway and where my own efforts had hit a wall.(planning a retaining wall and fence along a council boundary with an easement thrown in the mix)Anthony was all over it, liaising with the Council, Water corp, Landgate and his own contacts to figure out what was required.After feeling depressed about the project there now seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. I wish I had known about Allstate Building Designs when I started planning the job in the first place! Thanks Anthony, will be in touch as we progress!

Such a great start to our building/renovation experience. We are building our dream home in the Perth hills. Anthony was happy to work with any ideas we had and manage our budget expectations. He also offered some great design ideas that we have incorporated along the way. We felt very confident as Anthony knows all the ins and outs of not only the drafting stage but also managed the process right through to shire approvals.
