Greg, Kai and the rest of the Kiadom team have just completed a second dwelling/granny flat on our property at Elanora and we could not be happier. The little house looks and feels fabulous and sits on our difficult block perfectly. Throughout the whole process the Kiadom team were so good to deal with and always kept us fully informed on what was happening. Nothing was ever a problem and we felt 100% at the forefront of every decision they made. Best thing we’ve ever done – moving from a five bedroom home to a two bedroom granny flat on our property. From day one the experience with KiaDom Homes was excellent; the moment we met Greg we knew we were in good hands. Our build was very well managed with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Built on time and within budget. The process for us has been a breeze, along with a very professional team including Ricardo and Ben; and all the tradies. Three things that impressed us the most were: 1) communication, keeping us fully informed throughout the process; 2) ability to deal positively with a few little changes to the work; and 3) quality of the workmanship of all the subcontractors. The whole process of trying to resolve the issues we had with our house was daunting to say the least. Should we extend or build a Granny Flat/Studio? We are so happy we chose the latter and Greg from Kiadom was very thorough in accommodating our design choices.
