Halinka at Altus Property management is the most amazing and dedicated pm that I have worked with over the last 10 years of my association with Altus. Altus have always been a good partner, but the assistance that Halinka has provided me over the last 12 months to deal with a difficult tenant situation has really been above & beyond.

Had to break lease just weeks after signing an extension but the property manager Halinka was understanding and helped me through the process. Any maintenance issues were fixed promptly and the office staff were always friendly. Thumbs up from me

My property manager provides timely advice relating to lease renewals and property maintenance. Inspections are thorough and highlight items to be addressed by the tenant as well as the landlord. When it comes to maintenance, my property manager seeks to ensure we get a solution that addresses the issue and is good value for money.

Had to break lease early due to severe financial strain but the Senior Property Manager was wonderful in allowing us to pay remaining money owed in instalments. Throughout our tenancy with Altus they were professional and welcoming, would definitely recommend if you're looking for great property managers and great rentals.
