Lili’s Early Learning Centre

I wish I could give this centre less than one star. It is very unfortunate that this child care center is running in our society. I had to pull both my children out of the centre. There are so many serious allegations of misconduct at this centre like we found plastic sheet in the mouth of our little one during the pickup in the evening and educator said that He just woke up so means he was sleeping with the plastic sheet in his mouth for more than two hours. We sent email to director same night but she didn’t reply at all and didn't fill incident report. this is not only an incident. There are so many incidents happened where she never raised investigation and never reply to our email. She forced us to take our concerns to the department. This centre was under investigation by the Department of Education and the result of the investigation revealed that they are non-compliant in various aspects. Department has taken legal action against the Center as per their policy. The center was compromising the health, safety and well-being of the children. When we complained to the Centre. The Centre Director blamed us instead of investigate an issue. She is arrogant and unaware about the policies and procedures of the department. I don’t know how she is running this type of sensitive business. where she need to educate herself first how to follow department’s policies and rules. She never takes complaints seriously. When you take any complaint to director. Instead of checking her system she will blame you and will start threatening you for legal action. As per the outcome letter of the investigation, this Centre has penalised by the department. Department will do unannounced visit to check whether this centre operates as per their guidelines or not. Also instruct them to re-educate their educators because Department has found that this centre did not comply with the rules and regulations. Also the director was taking extra money from my Bank account for more than one year when I asked the reason she said it’s surcharge. As per the government guidelines she has to make every parent aware about the surcharge in advance. But I could not find any information about the surcharge in the parent book. If I count she has taken approximately more than $100 excess money from my account. Usually I don’t care about the money but think if there are 60 kids in the centre and she is taking money from every parent so how much money she is making extra every month where most of the parents are unaware. So please check your bank account and ask her for the statement and reconcile the fee.

Good experience with the service, clean facility, cooperative sraff, management is helpful and ready to go beyond and above in helping new parents and children to settle well.

Lilis early learning has been such a wonderful, positive place for me . The management and staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming.

Beautiful centre with great indoor and outdoor environments. Friendly staff and Leila, the director, is very flexible and supportive.

My son attended pre kinder and kinder program at lili's Early centre. Educators are welcomed and made my child to settled down very well. They are fabulous and always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the children engaged and learning based on their interest and needs. Most importantly well cleaned facility, staffs are more collaborative with families and always keeps staff and child ratio as per the standard. Best centre! and I highly recommend to my friends.Thanks Leila and wonderful Educators.

My daughter has been there for 2 years+; I have tried with different childcare centres, but she only loves Lili! I think not only that the educators are friendly and approachable, but also they are caring for each of the single kid! I was impressed by my daughter’s hair braid one day pick up from the centre! She said it she loved this “Elsa style” hair done by her educator! What a lovely and warm place!

Best childcare facility ever.Both of my kids are going to lily's early learning center since they were 12 months old or so. Highly recommended.

Lili’s Early Learning is an amazing childcare ,We are very happy for choosing Lili’s , the staff are wonderful and they really care for our son, they really do go above and beyond to make sure that the children are well taken care of.We will never forget the time when I forgot to collect my son’s security blanket on Friday afternoon soo I emailed Leila on a weekend hoping somehow someone was in the office despite being the weekend and if we could come to Lili’s and grab the blanket. And sure enough Chris came in on a weekend afternoon to collect his blanket and even delivered it to our house. And This is just one of many example of how they really care for our kids.Our son loves going to childcare and we can see how much he has improved and has developed since attending at LiLi’s.We can see how much his social skills has improved and we can see the connections he has with his educators every time we drop /pick him from Lili. And because of this we are at ease for leaving our son for the day knowing he is in good hands.Thank You Ladies for the great job
