I have used Ray White for 3 years and all the way through I have found them to be professional and responsive to any of my needs from a smile in the office reception to any issues I have had with maintenance with my property. The Ray White Clarkson team have done a magnificent job in looking after my two investment properties over a number of years. As a landlord they are always looking out for my interests and reminding me to conduct mandatory maintenance and inspections. They have always helped me to select quality tenants and I've never had any issues during the past 10 years. Lovely team of friendly people who I've got to know well. I certainly recommend them to both owners and tenants.

Ray White leasing and maintenance team have provided outstanding service and follow up for the 3+ years we have rented. If we do our part and report issues with relevant fotos this makes it easier for them to evaluate the problem and escalate the solution. Only once has a contractor/tradie had an accident, but Ray White and the owner of the house took pains to make right probably at some major expense.My hat off to the teams and we all have to remember we’re human and accidents happen. Ray White take responsibility, they communicate, they’re professional and if I were an owner I certainly would feel that my property was in good hands!Thanks again to the teams. Lisa handled the sale of my property in Mindarie. And from the get go I knew I made the right choice. She knew exactly what I wanted and that was a stress free time selling my house and she delivered exactly this. She was professional, friendly and was on top of everything that needed to be done. We rented through Ray White Clarkson and the staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. If we had any issues they responded promptly and rectified the issue. I would definitely trust the team with my rentals.
