What excellent customer service - you have made me think some businesses are brilliant. Full refund on my Linen. No issue and just so understanding. Its a shame the Real Estate in Yamba was not the same. Family could not get down due to Brisbane lockdown but the Real Estate still took a cancellation fee - not fair and uncaring. We are all doing it hard and no compassion for families. A small business can be understanding and fully refunded all money paid. Used this business several times and always so easy to work with. Well done Eddie ***** 5 stars for you.

We use The Laundry Yamba on a regular basis & find them to be very accommodating even when very busy. The staff are always very friendly & happy to help out when possible . We highly recommend them !

The laundry Yamba, is a great place to do your washing and have a good talk. The staff and owners are extremely nice and welcoming making it easy to form relationships and connections with. The owners are always willing to lend a hand and have today helped me with where and how I can find resources for my studies in 2022. Exceptional customer service, clean and easy to use machines.
