The guys at Newcastle Motor Repairs are amazing! They truly worked a miracle for me when my car broke down in the middle of me moving to Sydney. They did everything to diagnose and order the necessary parts in time and were so lovely in the process!Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Soo as I booked my car in for a service 8 weeks ago got threw it ok… but fast forward to where I am today after spending $900 and told my car was working perfect… stuck on the side of the road with my brakes seized…. When I called I was told I drive the car to hard… I must be very sore on the brakes… which I know I’m not in my 20 years of driving this isn’t the case… watch out for these guys cause they didn’t watch out for my brakes….

Very happy with the prompt service and repair of my car.I had an alternator belt come off and had the car towed in the morning. By the afternoon they had the belt replaced, checked for any other issues, and carried out maintenance to a high quality.I was updated frequently throughout the whole process.In the afternoon, the car was ready to be picked up. The car was in much better condition after the works were carried out. I was super happy with the job these guys did.Thank you for getting my car back on the road as quick as you did.*ps. Highly recommend using this mechanicI called up at 3pm Wednesday and my car was fixed and ready to go Thursday before the long weekend. After calling 7 other local mechanics that couldn't get me looked at for 2 weeks they had my major oil leak and water pump fixed in under 24hours from calling.Will definitely be returning in the future

As a backpacker who needed help with checking the car before I bought it and then help getting it all kitted out and up to scratch before travelling I found their service to be impeccable. Fast work with frequent updates about my car. The whole place felt very welcoming and helpful. Very thankful for everyone there. Highly recommend.

I spoke with a gentlemen today from NMR for general advice in regards to another mechanical quote. The mechanic I spoke with was so knowledgeable and willing to help. He provided details that I was able to relay back, which in short stopped me being stuffed around via a different local mechanic. I will be moving all business to this garage. Thank you.

So easy to deal with and answered all my questions. I’ll move to these guys for all my other car services. Cost about average across the market so good.
