My dog told me that this is his favourite shop. Every time we go to jubilee park, and we’re like 100m within Pet O’s vicinity, my dog will ferociously drag me, huffing and puffing from the harness holding him back, acting as if he’s been starved for a week and has finally spotted a breadcrumb. They have facilities to wash ur pets, and also they give out treats when you buy something! Love you Pet O

Have shopped in this store for years. I must be one of their top customers in terms of $$ spent. Today the guy behind the counter decided to be ultra officious and refused to honour a price match against pet circle even though I have had the exact same match done on numerous occasions before. No problem, I just bought the product from Pet Circle and will now purchase ALL my pet products and food (dog & 2 cats) from there too.I hope the regional manager or similar reads this post as your guy just cost your company about $5k spend pa from me and you’ve lost me as a customer for life. Please recognise and reward your man for his customer focus and commercial nous!

I was a regular customer here ..Some of the large bags of Science Diet dog food on a pile were discounted from $159 to $135 (approx) some were not. The bag I choose was full price and when I asked why I was told the other bags were about to expire. There was no suggestions anywhere that the discounted bags were about to expire.An email to management (Wayne) confirmed that this is normal practice.When shopping a PetO Annandale always ask why something is discounted as the reason could be the product is faulty, smelly, old, new, demo, returned or even about to expire and you wouldn't know unless you ask.At PetO unfortunately you must always look the gift horse in the mouth.

PETO you have finally done something right today, 24/12/2022 at your Annandale store, Cashier 0803 had fantastic customer service skills. Absolutely. She was pleasant and charming even though the store was very busy. Pity you didn't employ more people like her, actually most of the staff today were far better than the last 12 months. I have been a customer for many years. I have been subjected to many of the under 20 year old, females, who can barely look at you, mumble responses or don't engage because you not in their age range. Some of these young clueless employees you elect to be the face of your business, beggars belief.

Huge place with lots of variety of food, accessories and variety of pets needs.They have dog wash, even consultation rooms. Weekend is really busy and parking hard to find.
