Seems to have gone downhill rapidly in recent months. The place was virtually empty at 7:30pm on a Saturday night.Booked online a few days ago, rang on the day to confirm booking, they didn’t have it.Very slow to take our food/drinks order, while staff stand in a group at the counter looking at us and not doing anything.Mains delivered before entree plates had been cleared, rude attitude from staff when I mentioned this point,,and where would you like me to put my dinner plate, was not appreciated. My veal parma was well overdone.Outdoor area is messy, leaves & rubbish everywhere, spiderwebs inside & out, menu cards torn & crayon marked. Nor has the menu been updated since we’ve been going there.We watched one staff member greet & seat new customers with cleaning cloth & spray bottle in hand, while others stood about doing nothing?? Not a nice greeting.Staff not looking great, grubby, unkempt.A real shame, but we won’t be back. After having been regular customers since they opened, our experience has been gradually getting worse.

Really good first time experience, really good service by priyen . It’s very rare to get good customer service these days and he showed to be calm,fast and efficient, he needs a pay rise for his hard work. Food was really yummy too. I’ll definitely be back.

Hardly anyone there but thought I'd try as it was recommended.Waiter forgot part of the order, food was bit dry an over cooked.Baked nochi was not baked an only limit amount on base of bowel not worth what they were charging.I think the staff need to pick it up somewhat if they want this business to remain open.

My mother and I come either for breakfast or dinner as a cute little mother daughter date every so often and not only is their service AMAZING but the food is immaculate. Every single server and waitress that works there make the experience so much better. Highly recommend

Food was not the best burnt chips i ask for no salad the filled my plate with salad. We had to wait 1 hour 30 min for our meals and 2 hours for 2 meals they forgot.

Very good, lovely staff and fantastic food. Super kind waitresses and friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was great, and delicious coffee. Would definitely go again :)

Billy's Junction is the best restaurant in the area, great food and exceptional staff. This is a great place for families or just to catch up with friends for a coffee. The steak is fantastic.

We booked a function for about 50 people. The service was good considering the size of the group. Tinni was looking after us and was wonderful. For our mains we had the porterhouse, grilled chicken and vegetarian noodles as the options. Everyone was happy with their meals, note the serving sizes were large.For starters we had antipasto platters, dips and garlic pizzas. These entrees were enjoyed by all guests. Thanks

Lovely staff, but the chef needs to get into another line of work. I ordered a med-to-well steak, & I was served a red raw steak lol.I didn't want it back, so I changed it for chicken schnitzel. The chicken was that dry I just couldn't chew it.Sorry to say, but I don't think I've ever experienced such poor food.
