I had a relaxation massage with Sascha; it was absolutely amazing!I floated off the table at the end of my treatment, and my feet felt like they were walking on pillows!I had the best sleep that night as well!Sascha is very professional in his technique, as well as maintaining privacy with the towels.The room and ambiance is extremely relaxing. I was lucky enough to be surprised by hubby for a massage after a half marathon. Bec was amazing, found areas that needed work without me even having to tell her, she intuitively just knew where I needed some extra love. Aside from a having a beautiful space, Bec had such a warm and inviting energy about her and I was really interested in her unique technique. I had my first massage with Sascha after meeting both himself and Bec as part of the Lift42days challenge at my gym. Sascha's knowledge of the human body and movement allowed him to recommend a suitable treatment for me after an initial assessment. Sascha was able to identify all the areas where I had muscle soreness and was able to apply the right amount of pressure to provide me with much needed relief. He also provided recommendations on I can do at home to prevent recurring tightness in the same areas and to improve my mobility. The bonus was that I slept so well that night and woke up the next day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! Highly recommended!
